Elektromotive agrees sale to Chargemaster Plc

Chargemaster Plc, the UK's leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, is pleased to announce that is has reached an agreement to acquire Elektromotive Limited ("Elektromotive"), the Brighton-based company that was the first to introduce public EV charging stations in the UK nearly 10 years ago. The acquisition is subject to approval by the shareholders of the Singapore based holding company of Elektromotive, Elektromotive Group Ltd, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and this approval is expected to be granted in the coming months. > DOWNLOAD PDF

Installation of new Electric Vehicle (EV) charge points has been completed at Falkirk Council’s main offices, helping to significantly reduce CO2 emissions across the organisation and achieve carbon reduction targets set by the Scottish Government.
